At Bridal Sense, we want you to feel confident and beautiful on your special day. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your account portal or use our guest return link to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

Package Your Items

Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring delicate lace and beadwork are protected, and include your printed return slip inside the box.

Ship It Back

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our quality control team inspects the garment for any signs of wear or damage, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
